The Indian Institute of Management in Bodh Gaya was established in 2015, making it one of the youngest within the fraternity. And that is why, the IIM- Bodh Gaya along with half a dozen other IIMs are popularly termed as the ‘Baby IIMs’. After about a dozen IIMs had already been opened, the Ministry of Human Resource and Development decided that it was time to add to the tally. So, in the twelfth five-year plan seven new IIMs were established. This list includes- Amritsar, Bodh Gaya, Jammu, Sirmaur, Nagpur, Sambalpur and Visakhapatnam. Due to them being new to the industry, they were all assigned a mentor among the original IIMs.

Admission Process and eligibility
The candidate needs to appear for the CAT exam for admission to PGP.
There will be a PA process which includes WAT (Written Ability Test) and Personal Interview (PI).
Final selection will be based on CAT score, GD & PI, Academic history, Work experience, etc.
Eligibilty- Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% and above marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university
Indian Institute of Management, Bodh Gaya is concluded its annual leadership summit, Netritva on 24th November 2019. The first day of the event began with a tree plantation drive by the guests. The guests, with assistance from volunteers from Pragati, the CSR Club of IIM Bodh Gaya, planted saplings of various trees, paying homage to the Mahabodhi Tree.
The Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya organized its annual cultural, management and sports fest Elegante 2019 on 16th and 17th of November. Since its inception, IIM Bodhgaya has always emphasized on holistic learning along with nurturing a sense of oneness and solidarity to augment the formation of a sustainable and peaceful community.
