SIR/MA'AM in the answer, the position of X and T has been assumed as no information regarding them is given. Is it right or position of X and T are interchangeable? how to approach such questions.

In this question, one condition is missing. That is "T is seated between Q and R". Our team is working on this and this will be added to the book.
In such questions, we can't assume positions if there is no information provided in the question. So, without the above-mentioned condition, the position of X and T should be interchangeable.
